Josh Ramirez is being charged with 3 felonies stemming from the
Anti-minutemen protest in Sacramento, CA on Saturday, October 29. He is being defended by a local criminal/civil rights attorney named Jeffrey Kravitz. Tuesday, November 2 was his first court appearance. His attorney moved for him to be released on his own recognizance. The judge will rule on that motion on Thursday morning (November 4). His lawyer is currently looking for video of the scuffle with the police or any video with Josh in it.
