A new federal grand jury was convened in San Francisco with confirmation of at least one person subpoenaed for this Wednesday, February 1. (This is a 3rd grand jury, following the other two juries investigating animal rights activists and former black panthers in the last year.) The reasons
for convening it are unknown. The US attorney on this case is from then "Terrorism Unit", the unit handling cases of alleged domestic terrorism.
The National Lawyers Guild has prepared lawyers to assist those who get subpoenaed to this grand jury. If you or anyone you know has been subpoenaed, has been contacted by the FBI, police, or other government agent, or if you have questions about being subpoenaed, call the National

Grand jury subpoenas and investigations are targeting our progressive movements and communities. Federal agencies (FBI and others) are working with state and local ones (like police) to attack and destroy progressive movements. They are hassling communities and grand juries are being used
against people to force cooperation with government attacks. Their use is spreading fast.
