1) (Poland) Support Tomasz Wilkoszewski Anti-Fascist Prisoner
2) (Italy) Three arrested in prisoner solidarity protest
3) (Britain/Bulgaria) Woman seeks female penpals
1) As everyone knows, for the past ten years Tomasz Wilkoszewski has been imprisoned, in Poland, for accidentally killing a neo-nazi scum whilst Tomasz defended himself from a vicious unprovoked attack.
Because ten years have now passed Tomasz is eligible to be considered for parole and he has a hearing coming up to decide if he will be released early or not.
Tomasz's supporters are asking everyone to copy the below letter (written in Polish) and send it to the Polish authorities responsible for this case.
The letter you need to send is:
"Zwracamy sie z prosba o dolaczenie naszego apelu do akt sprawy Tomasza Wilkoszewskiego.
zwolnienie z odbywania zasadzonej kary. Uwazamy , ze spedzil on w wiezieniu
wystarczajaco czasu, nie stwarzal tam zadnych problemow i najwyzszy czas,
aby mogl zaczac prowadzic swoje zycie jako wolny czlowiek. Dalsze trzymanie
go w zamknieciu doprowadzi tylko do zaprzepaszczenia jego szansy na powrót
do spoleczenstwa .
Prosimy o wnikliwe i wszechstronne rozpatrzenie jego staran oraz naszego apelu."
A translation of the letter is:
"We would like to add this appeal to the files of Tomasz Wilkoszewski's case.
We ,the undersigned would like to express our support for the attempt by Tomasz Wilkoszewski to obtain early, conditional release from his 15 year sentence. Tomasz Wilkoszewski has been in prison since March 1996 (10 years) which means he can now try to obtain earliest, conditional release.
We think that he has spent enough time in jail, he didn't cause any problems there and now its time for him to start living like a free man again. Further imprisonment will only destroy his chances to come back to the society.
We request that you look into this case closely and consider his attempts and our appeal."
PLEASE NOTE: Although ELP has given you the English translation you MUST send the Polish version of this letter.
Please send your letter to:

2) According to the Blog site, http://bombsandshields.blogspot.com/ apparently, in mid-December 2005, persons unknown carried out an arson against the Department of Justice of Catalonia in Spain. The arson was carried out in support of the Italian Il Silvestre defendants, Alberto Maria Bettini and Francesco Gioia.
According to Bombs & Shields, three people have now been arrested accused of carrying out this arson attack. The police have not yet released the names of the three, but they are believed to include two Spanish people and one Italian born person. If anyone has any further details on these three
please get in contact.
3) A Bulgarian woman, nicknamed "Daisy", who is currently on remand in Britain, has contacted ELP after hearing about us from another prisoner. ELP does not know what "Daisy" is jailed for, only that she is NOT jailed for environmental or animal rights reasons.
"Daisy" has told ELP she is looking for female penpals to write to whilst in jail. "Daisy" is a vegan Buddhist who is interested in alternative politics, Gay & Lesbian issues and forests. She originally came to Britain to do a PhD at Glasgow University in Scotland. "Daisy" reads English, Bulgarian, Russian, French and Spanish (although she is not that confident in French and Spanish yet).
If anyone would like to write to "Daisy" her prison address is:
Dessislava Koleva NR7300
HMP Bronzefield
Woodthorpe Road
Ashford
Middlesex
TW1 3JZ
England
Or alternatively you can e-mail "Daisy" by writing to ELP4321@Hotmail.com and we will print off your letter and post it on to her. If sending an e-mail please put "For Daisy" in the subject bar. If e-mailing a letter, please remember to include your postal address so "Daisy" can reply to your letter.
"Daisy" has told ELP she is worried that after she is released from prison she may be deported back to Bulgaria, so if anyone knows anything about immigration laws and deportations, again please do contact either "Daisy" or ELP.
