Roma (Italy), The Cervantes process first hearing decrees the house arrests for Titto, Simone,
Tombolino, Claudia e Stefano
Today the first hearing of the process against 9 Italian anarchists took place in Rome. The
anarchistes comrades have arrested during “Cervantes Operation” and have charged of several attacks against the power happened in Rome and Viterbo. At the end of the hearing Davis, Simone, Marco,
Claudia e Stefano have obteined the house arrests. The requests of house arrests to Danilo, Valentina e
Massimo and their translation in Rebibbia jail (in Rome) have been rejected. The comrades under house arrest are however under strongs limitations. They can't have some kind of contact (neither telephone, neither telematic, neither letters, neither meeting) to outside of closes relatives. To Sergio, forced to daily police signe from various months, the signe obligation has been reduced at two way at the week.
Also have been fixed the dates of next December hearings, that will happen in the day 5th, 14th, 21th,
22th, 23th .
